Gayle Smith, the Guyanese Fit Chick, is a Registered Practical Nurse and fitness instructor with over 33 years of experience, leading various classes through her initiative, GWAN MOVE. With certifications from Canadian Fitness Education Service (CFES) and a diverse background influenced by her Guyanese and Trinidadian heritage, she specializes in disciplines like step aerobics, indoor cycling, Soca fitness, and cardio boxing.
